D-Town Vinyl and Miss Eva’s is part of the Grandmont Rosedale Façade Improvement Program in Detroit. This project explores how thoughtful architectural improvements can help revitalize existing properties and strengthen neighbourhood connections along Detroit's Grand River corridor.

The proposed design introduces a refreshed exterior, a glass-enclosed patio, inviting outdoor gathering spaces, vibrant public art, and thoughtfully integrated lighting. Together, these elements create a more welcoming environment that encourages community interaction, supports local businesses, and celebrates the character of the surrounding neighbourhood.

More than a façade improvement, this project demonstrates how targeted design interventions can breathe new life into existing spaces, contribute to neighbourhood revitalization, and help build stronger, more connected communities.
