Step 1:
We're thrilled to get to know you and your project better! Simply fill out the form below and we'll be in touch to schedule a consultation. This will be a great opportunity for us to get acquainted with each other, learn more about your project, and figure out if we're a good match.
Don't worry, the conversation will be easy and informal. We just want to get a detailed understanding of who you are and what you hope to achieve. Based on our meeting, we'll prepare a formal proposal for your project, including our fee, timeline, and other expectations.

CONSULTATION FEE - $300.00+HST

Step 2:

Concept and Collaboration

Let's get started! 
The conceptual stage starts with the collection of information and data to inform the design of the project. This include planning and zoning, reviewing existing documents, and preforming any building survey's in the case of renovation projects. 
We then take what we had established in the consultation and implement your wants and needs into spacing planning, form, and function. 
Once an idea is presentable I invite you to my office to review the concept together. this process is repeated until the design is ready for production.
Step 3:

Documentation and Delivery

Your design is complete! Hopefully it is everything you wanted and more!
This is where the real magic happens and your concept comes to reality.  
Documentation is prepared in the form of drawings and specification to a detailed level to not only obtain approvals and permit, but to guide contractors with ease and clarity. From the exterior to the interior, we provide a level of excellence to minize costly mistakes and changes during construction.  
To ensure the project runs smoothly, we consult with suppliers, product reps, and contractors to get you the product you signed up for. We act as your agent during construction so projects come in on time and on buget.
